Free Cancellation
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge no later than 2 days (48 hours) before the arrival date.
- In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Late Cancellation
- If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before arrival, a fee of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.
- The remaining amount will be refunded to your account within 5 business days.
No-show
- If you do not arrive and do not notify us about the cancellation, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the full amount will not be refunded.
Early Departure
- If you leave earlier than planned, payment for unused nights will not be refunded, except in exceptional cases (e.g., health issues or force majeure situations – handled individually).
Reservation Changes
- If you wish to change the date or the number of guests, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability.
How to Cancel?
- You can cancel your reservation via email or phone number provided on our website.
- The cancellation is effective only after receiving confirmation from the administration.
